The QUICK-CLAMP features an internal slim shrink's collet shape, ensuring high precision and excellent ID run-out of 0.003mm (.000118"). It offers exceptional accuracy and repeatability.
With efficient pinpointed coolant directed to the cutting edge, it effectively evacuates chips and prolongs tool life.

Changing the solid round with the QUICK-CLAMP takes an average of 15 seconds to exchange from a used one to a new one, significantly reducing machine downtime compared to shrink adaptation.
